Then, we invite you to apply to win an Age Smart Employer Award in 2015.
This award, in its second year, recognizes New York City businesses and non profit organizations who have policies and practices that help to hire, retain, and engage four generations of workers. Examples of such practices include providing: flexibility in work hours and settings; training opportunities for workers of all ages; opportunities for older workers to transfer their skills and knowledge; or modification of work processes and assignments.
Any business and non-profit organization with at least 5 employees located in New York City is eligible to apply. There are two different application types, one for Large Employers and one for Small Employers.
If your organization has under 100 employees please use the Small Employer Application.
If your organization has 100 or more employees please use the Large Employer Application.
You DO NOT need an answer for every question in the application in order to apply.

You can choose to complete the application right on our website, or you can download the application from the link provided and email or mail it in. Our staff can also meet with you by phone or in-person to help you through the application.
